Quest Analytics® is hosting leadership from The CMS Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) for a conversation about network adequacy requirements and standards. CCIIO develops and implements the provider network standards health insurance plans must meet to participate in the Federally-facilitated Exchanges (FFEs). This discussion will address various topics focusing on requirements introduced for Plan Year 2025.

Meet the Presenters
Scott Westover, Chief Network Solutions Officer, Quest Analytics®
Scott is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep experience across the payer, provider, and regulatory space. In his role, he works directly with state and federal regulators to navigate rapidly changing market and policy needs and oversees the Regulatory and Network Analytics teams. Prior to Quest Analytics, he served as market president for AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire, where he was responsible for the plan’s strategic direction, growth, and leadership. His prior experience includes working at Anthem, Inc. as a vice president of provider joint ventures and national accounts, and he has also held senior roles within leading healthcare providers and driving national health strategy for multiple Fortune 50 corporations.
