Will Network Adequacy oversight change within the Federally Facilitated Exchange?

On March 4, 2021, a Federal District Court in Maryland ruled in the City of Columbus, et al. v. Norris Cochran et al. lawsuit to vacate four provisions related to the 2019 Benefit Payment and Parameters rule. Perhaps the most significant change was the provision on the Federal Review of Network Adequacy.
